Ausgangspunkt für meine genähten Arbeiten sind Zeichnungen, Skizzen, Gehörtes, Gedachtes, Gesehenes. Die Arbeit an der Nähmaschine vereint Farbe, Grafik und Textilkunst. Der schwarze Faden ist das verbindende Element. So entstehen meine faden-grafischen Werke.

Drawings, sketches, dreams, quotes, thought flows form the starting point for my artistic work. With the help of the sewing machine I draw to combine colours, graphics and textile art with the black thread as connecting element. This describes the process which led to the invention of my thread graphics.
